• Damage caused by misuse, vandalism, or negligence may be the responsibility of the location

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• VendPure Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services within the applicable agreement period
